Great locally-owned store. A robust hardware store selection plus a great rotating seasonal selection (I have bought a small grill and a small Christmas tree there) and super helpful employees.

I love shopping local rather than big box stores and the prices are not that much higher given the expertise. Great staff who provide excellent customer service. Whoever is hiring is doing a great job of making this store reflect true community!

i only come to ace with my boyfriend if he needs something, tool / hardware shops tend to be overwhelming for me but this one is pretty nice compared to the other ones ive been too and extra points for shop kitties!! such sweet furry gals and the main reason why i dont mind if my boyfriend wants to stop by lol

Darnell helped me today and his customer service was outstanding! Darnell went above and beyond to help me get my car unstuck from my back alley ice ruts. He delivered salt and rock grit, he brought an ice pick and helped to push my car so we could rock it out of the ice tracks. Darnell is amazing!!!

I found myself in a real pickle today when my cat escaped his travel harness and managed to climb through an opening under the dash. He made himself at home behind the dash on top of the stearing wheel components. With no way to remove my car from their parking lot without a tow and a mechanic, and closing time approaching, the staff allowed the gate to remain open. Luckily, we scheduled a tow and he knew a mechanic who would take apart my dash. After 7 hours trapped and a ride of shame home in a taped-up box, my cat is acting like it never happened. Thanks for trusting me to close and lock the gate to the parking lot. The trouble maker's photo below!
